• 2 – Wheelchair users cannot access. Stairs (>3 steps) with handrails.
• 3 – Wheelchair users cannot access. Stairs (≤3 steps).
• 4 – Wheelchair users can access via lift, ramp or slope instead of stairs.
• 5 – No stairs.
